Welcome to Shaan Mentoring, an initiative dedicated to supporting young Sikh women and girls aspiring to enter the legal profession.
Shaan Mentoring was founded by Shannon Dhillon, an LSE Law Graduate who secured a Training Contract with Clyde & Co, a leading global law firm.
Guided by ‘Seva’ (selfless service), Shaan Mentoring makes mentorship accessible, empowering Sikh women and girls to pursue law and inspiring the next generation of Sikh girls to become lawyers.
Shaan Mentoring is guided by principles rooted in Sikhism, empowering mentees to grow with integrity, compassion, and resilience.
